Brief Description of the Firm

We are a firm of auditors and tax consultants, in accordance with Law No. 633, dated June 16, 1944, on Certified Public Accountants, Internal Regulation No. 2032, dated June 1, 1984, and other legal, regulatory and normative provisions that govern the profession in the Dominican Republic. Calderon Gonzalez & Asociados is the continuation of Canahuate Calderon & Asociados, a firm that was established in February 2009. In February 2015, the Firm obtained the representation of Urbach Hacker Young International Limited, a United Kingdom company created in 1986, which is part of UHY, an international network of accountants and consultants with 340 offices located in the largest business centers, in more than 100 countries around the world and 9,500 employees.
